Community Ambassador Sign Up

In the Heartsafe model a community, which may be geographical or organisational, establishes a committee to develop activities in every link in the Chain of Survival (awareness of cardiac arrest, CPR training programs, public access defibrillator (PAD) placement plans and PAD fundraising activities etc), and work to meet a set of minimum criteria to achieve Heartsafe Community status. Take Heart Australia will work with communities to achieve these goals, and will recognise achievements in all areas. Individual communities that meet the established criteria - such as cities, towns, suburbs or even businesses or campuses - can apply to become designated as a Heartsafe Community.

Help organise your community and reduce the 90% mortality from cardiac arrest where you live. Sign up here to volunteer to become a Heartsafe Community Ambassador and we’ll be in touch with details.
